Further, with Android being an open-source system, the playing field would only get larger. Besides the users of popular Samsung and LG smartphones, those using relatively smaller brands like XiaoMi and HuaWei would also be able to connect their smartphones with the Tag Heuer Smartwatch. This should ripple into more Smartwatch apps being flooded onto the market.



Meanwhile, Apple prides itself in its exclusivity. Despite maintaining a restrictive control over which devices and apps can sync to its smartwatch, Apple remains confident of its ammunition to compete with the rest.
